Please fill out the form below to request your own custom MCM Historic Home Plaque. I will reach out to you within 48 hours of receipt with a proof of the artwork for your plaque and a project proposal, or to ask more questions. These plaques are currently only available for Eichler and Streng Bros. homes, but I plan to offer other mid century modern home types in the future. Plaques are 8 inches wide by 5 inches high, are made from tooled aluminum, and come with hidden mount hardware. Each has a logo on the bottom left used to represent its neighborhood. Most Streng Bros Homes floor plans can be found on their website HERE. Eichler model numbers can be a little more difficult to find. Resources like the Eichler Network Forum and UC Berkeley’s Environmental Design Archive can sometimes help.
This is used to create the front elevation outline in the center of your plaque, so please ensure your home is properly framed, well lit, and nothing is blocked or cut off. You may also upload photos of a different house of the same model, if that works better. Accepted file types are .jpg, .jpeg, .gif, .png, .bmp, .pdf, .zip, .gz, .gzip, .rar, .7z. You may upload as many as 10 files, with the maximum size of all photos not exceeding 20MB.
Please keep in mind these designs are already approved by the plaque manufacturer. But I’m always open to customizing my designs when possible, so let me know if you want something changed, and I will see what can be done.
