DESCRIPTION: Design packages and other services to make a personal “brand” for your cool house. These are fully customizable to your needs.
STARTER HOME – starting at $400
MOD-icon: This is a full color minimalist digital illustration of the front exterior of your home. You will receive all of the digital files you need to print it on pretty much anything you want. I even made one of my own house. To start the process of getting your very own MOD-icon, use the MOD-icon Request Form, or email me at [email protected].
MOD-icon PRINT: A super high quality 12″x12″ print of your MOD-icon with a solid wood frame and anti-reflective glass. Additional sizes available.
DELUXE STARTER HOME – starting at $800

HOUSE SIGNAGE: One small custom designed outdoor rated sign (No Soliciting, No Parking, Nameplate, etc.) featuring your MOD-icon.
WELCOME MAT: A high quality 2’x3′ cocomat with a simplified single color version of your MOD-icon printed on it.
PRINTABLES (CHOOSE 1 TO PRINT MOD-icon ON): A Unframed poster (16″x16″, full color), camping mug (12oz, enamel, full color), ceramic mug (15oz, full color), unisex t-shirt (multiple colors and sizes), or porcelain tile magnet (2″x2″, full color).

HOUSE LOGO: What’s the first thing you think of when you hear the word “brand”? Probably a logo, right? So, if we’re creating an awesome personalized brand for your house, you’re gonna need a logo. I treat this just like a business branding project. We’ll do a thorough interview, you’ll get to request revisions, and I’ll do a bunch of research about your interests, your home’s history, and your neighborhood.

MOD-icon POSTCARDS: Postcards featuring your MOD-icon, house name and address, and other basic information about your home to give to visitors, or to use when renting or selling your house. Great for short-term rentals.
CUSTOM PATTERNS: Once we figure out the branding for your house, I can use that to help create custom digital patterns for things like curtains, bedding, and wall art.
CUSTOM ARTWORK: These are custom digital illustrations that I make in my style to show parts of your home that you wouldn’t see in a MOD-icon. Maybe you have an awesome backyard, or a cool living room. Or maybe you just want some inspo for your renovation project.
